By using Direction — the web practice, the store apps when they ship, or this site — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the practice.

Direction is for educational and personal wellness support only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or have a medical concern, contact a qualified provider or emergency services.

Direction is a daily compass for inner strength and transformation: lines, a journal, optional sleep, and (on Premium) longer sessions and voice tools. Features may change as the practice grows. We may pause or remove a feature when it cannot be offered well.

In the current web build, most of what you make stays on this device. How we handle what leaves the device is in Privacy. Keep your own backups of anything you care about; clearing site data or starting over removes the local walk.

Use Direction lawfully. Do not try to break or overload the service, scrape it in a way that harms others, or clone a voice you do not have the right to use. Voice consent rules on Privacy apply here too.

Premium is $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year. Both include a 7-day free trial when App Store or Play billing is live; those stores handle payment and their own refund rules. We do not want your card number in an email.

Direction is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the practice, including reliance on any line, session, or voice feature.

If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
